Water Damage

Water damage can be caused by leaking drains, leaking pipes, leaking showers or by burst pipes caused by the freezing. When water freezes, it turns to ice and expands, and in doing so, bursts through the copper or plastic pipe work. The damage caused by a burst pipe can be very severe. It is therefore wise to engage a Loss Assessor such as ourselves to act on your behalf to evaluate the loss and obtain the maximun settlement under the policy.
